There is also a Bed sofa with all the necessary linen available in the second sitting room.

The second living area as well as being equiped with a double queen sleeper sofa also has TV and Video player. We are currently converting some space to a games room, a table tennis table already in place with more attractions to be added. Also of note is the 42' TV with full surround sound in the main living area, with video and DVD players.

Florida Bijou at Calabay Park Davenport Florida Bijou is a lovely brand new 5 bed home in Calabay Parc and backs onto open ground. Pool heat is gas, so it's fantastic in the winter time. This home is beautifully furnished and has everything for your stay. Calabay Parc, a new development of well appointed homes set just south west of Disney on highway 27. It's location means that the Disney attractions and popular 192 are just minutes away by car. So whatever your inclination is on this visit to the Sunshine State, be it theme parks, shopping, relaxing by your own pool, seeing where man first traveled to the moon, sunning yourself on a white sandy beach or playing the odd 18 holes of golf, Calabay Parc is the ideal location.

What's near? Calabay Parc is tranquil, stylish and elegant but at the same time located at the heart of one of the most exciting holiday destinations in the world being ideally positioned to provide an excellent base for a truly wonderful holiday. From the minute you arrive until its time to leave you will not have a dull moment. Whatever the age group Florida has so much to offer. An almost unimaginable variety of truly fantastic attractions, for instance Walt Disney World… a major attraction for all, where you can visit The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom is only a 15 minute drive. Lets not forget all the themed Water Parks and Downtown Disney with its host of evening entertainment, restaurants and retail outlets, not to mention the many other attractions around Orlando area such as Wet & Wild, Sea World, Universal Studios and Universals Islands of Adventure.
