    To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of $380.00 per week is required.
    The balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable Security Deposit of $380.00.

    Cancellations: There is a cancellation charge for any cancellations made less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
  • Fees: Tax Rate: 12.0%
    Cleaning: $100.00 (only for a stay of less than 7 nights)
