Luxurious Villa- Sleeps 16 People (14 adults + 2 infants) With a superb game room (full size pool table & table football, VCR & TV), large private heated swimming pool (floodlit), you'll have plenty to do while you're at our home! There are 7 bedrooms -- 3 master suites and 4 twin bedrooms -- and five bathrooms. The interior decor is exceptional. You'll enjoy two separate lounges, a dining area that seats 12, and a breakfast area that seats 8. There are 5 TVs, a VCR, and 2 Hi Fi's in the property. The excellent local management company will guarantee a great stay with us. Flood lit tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts are just one minute's walk away, together with a communal pool and children's' play area.

We are close to shopping malls and major attractions; MGM, Universal Studios, and water parks are all within 20 minutes. Hampton Lakes is situated on highway 27 - five minutes from interstate 4. It is one of central Florida's most prestigious developments. For those of you who prefer to spend your vacation relaxing on the Golf Course, will not be disappointed. With over 70 courses - you're sure to find a course to match your level of skill. Highlands Reserve, Greg Norman's Champions Gate, Southern Dunes, Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club are all within driving distance of our villa (the furthest being approx 30 minutes away). Orlando is also ideal for fishing enthusiasts, with option of fishing one of the numerous lakes in the area or experience the ultimate in sea-fishing off the coast of Florida.
