  • We would like to Offer all Emergency Services and Military Personnel a 10% Discount off Listed Prices.
    We also offer a 10% Discount off Bookings for 3 Weeks and a 15% Discount off Bookings of 4 Weeks or more. Please note when making a booking a deposit of £100.00 per week is required to confirm it with our Management Company.
    Unfortunately for stays of 3 Nights or less we do have to charge for the Linen and Cleaning Service which is 95.00 USD, including all State Taxes.
    I am so sorry but there is a charge for Pool Heating it is available at £70.00 per week if you require it, thank you.
  • Our property is Disabled Friendly and suitable for use with a Wheelchair which is provided as well as a Shower Stool.
    Our Villa is Non Smoking Villa, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
    Maid Service is available but does incur an extra charge, prices available on request.

Our Luxury Villa is Fully Air Conditioned with all Modern Conveniences, which is set in a quiet residential and rental community of 96 properties,we are in a quiet cul-de-sac location overlooking Wood Land area. The 2 Master Suites have Patio Doors straight out on to Pool Deck with Pool Toys and Furniture for up to 12 People. The 2 Twin Bedrooms are Disney themed, 1 is Mickey and Minnie Mouse, the other is Winnie the Pooh and Friends, making our home both child friendly and inviting to all. We provide an Executive Welcome Pack for all guests and are only to happy to help at any time, no query is too small. There are FREE local & International phone calls & Wi Fi Internet Access our excellent Management Company provide 24 Hour Assistance we also have a Fully Monitored Alarm by ADT and Safe for your convenience and safety. Baby and Toddler Facilities We provide a Winnie the Pooh and Friends Cot, with a Matching Mobile and Changing Mat, a Mickey Mouse and Friends High Chair, an Indoor/Outdoor Play Pen, a Winnie the Pooh Pram with Sun Shade and a selection of childrens toys and Games for all ages including Primo, Duplo, Lego, Little Tykes, Fisher Price and Disney Toys, Barbie and Bratz Dolls, Action Man and Rescue Heroes, Pool Toys, an X-Box and Playstation 2, if we can help any further please do no hesitate to ask, thank you.

Golf and Horse Riding Championship Golf Courses are available at Reunion, Walt Disney World and Champions Gate, all within the surrounding area, horse riding is also available, but each do incure an extra charge.

Theme Parks and Beaches All the major theme parks, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild are all within a few miles of the surrounding area, as well as Kissimmee and it's beautiful Old Town. Kennedy Space Centre and Coco Beach are within an hours drive, as well as Bush Gardens and the award winning Clearwater beach.
