    Our local Management Company is on hand 24 hours 7 days a week should you need any help what-so-ever.

    Tom & Mary, I just wanted you to know that we had a very nice stay at your villa. We did get some amazing photos of the Sandhill cranes around the villa and they were so tame. The location couldn't have been better with the conservation property at the back of the house it was so quiet. We had nine people on our vacation and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We loved playing the air hockey and pool when we were inside. Thanks again for the memories!

OSPREY HOUSE is situated in OrangeTree a superb community off Hwy 27, just 2.5 miles north of Hwy 192, with Disney's main gate less than 15 mins away. The villas on OrangeTree are really well proportioned and such a joy to come back to after a hard day at the parks. With it's vaulted ceilings and 3 sky-lights it opens up and creates a feeling of even more space in the family room, open plan kitchen and breakfast nook. Open the double doors at the back and enter the pool area and you would be standing in the Lanai (covered porch) looking at the extra large 40x15' swimming pool that can be heated if you wish. The Family Room is surrounded by the 5 large double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it the central part of the villa the place where the action is and where it is very easy to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. For your safety we have installed alarms on all the doors leading to the pool area - so if the doors are opened you will immediately be alerted. Enjoy your holiday!
