Sterling Sands is a beautiful, upscale, gulf-front property, right on the sugar-white sands of Destin. This low-rise unit in the heart of Destin boasts one of the area's largest and least crowded beach fronts. The property has a large, heated, outdoor, tropical swimming pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, exercise equipment, and an on-site restaurant. Full beach service is available during season. Guests have privileges at the renowned Fred Couples-Kelly Plantation Golf Club. This spacious (1200 sq.ft) third-floor unit is beautifully maintained, and has a 28-foot balcony overlooking the whitest beach in the USA. This is a full-size 2-bedroom unit with balcony access through both the living area and the master suite. The entire unit was just updated with new furniture, draperies, remodeled kitchen. 1st class describes our unit. There is a TV/VCR/DVD in both bedrooms and in the living area. Hi speed Internet connection. Washer/dryer in the unit.
