This fifth-floor unit features a balcony with a table and chairs -- which is a great place to relax while enjoying the ocean view. This condo is fully furnished, and includes a separate bedroom and a living room/kitchen combo. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa bed. There is a remote control TV in the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, and all utensils and towels. This condo adjoins an oceanfront park with covered table, cook-out facilities, and a children's splash park with a play area. The cleaning fee is included in the rate. This is a Non-smoking unit; and pets are Not allowed. Book early, as this unit rents fast.
