Breckenridge house Rental Property Information
This beautifully furnished, spacious home in Breckenridge, Colorado is perfect for your wedding, reunion, or corporate retreat. Sleeping areas include five master suites (three with balconies), plus three bedrooms with two twin beds each -- giving a total of eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The well-furnished kitchen offers a glass-covered gas cooktop, double ovens, an espresso maker, a dishwasher, and a large Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. A spacious dining area seats 14 at two tables, and opens into one of the living areas -- and onto the wood deck with hot tub. The main living area has leather furniture, a gas-fired 'woodstove,' a stereo, TV, and VCR. The second living area offers a quiet area in which to converse or read. The utility room has a large-capacity washer/dryer, storage, and two 75-gallon gas water heaters. A mud room has ample hanging space and boot dryers. Tile flooring and radiant heat are found throughout the first floor. The two-car garage is also heated.
