This gorgeous townhouse is located in the gated community of 'Sea Bluff.' Walk down the stairs to one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego, or relax on the deck under the trees and listen to the waves crashing. If ocean swimming is not for you, enjoy a dip in one of the two swimming pools and then relax in the Jacuzzi or sauna! Tennis courts are also available within the community. When you do venture out, you'll find many things to keep you busy! The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Legoland are all close by, as well as many fine restaurants and places to go shopping. You may also choose to enjoy one of the many beaches or spend an afternoon golfing -- the choice is yours! Since the Beach House is our home several weeks a year, we've taken every care to create a luxurious and relaxing environment. There's natural beauty everywhere you look, both inside and out.

Near every imaginable attraction of CA, including San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, LegoLand, Walt Disney Park in Orange County, Sea World, many golf courses, and The San Diego Padres. Ride the Coaster Train and enjoy a baseball game!

Please, no phone calls after 9pm eastern. Guests staying over one week will be charged an additional $25/week utilities. High speed Internet was added in Dec 05. Also, City is considering a room tax that will have to be added to rental rate if passed.
There is ample room for one car in the garage and there is unassigned parking on the street. Tenants are restricted to two vehicles on Whitehall Road, including the one in the garage. Thanks.
