'Nirvana' amenities include cable TV in the living area and third-floor master suite, stereo, CD player, VCR, DVD, Internet DSL, Washer/dryer. Luxury custom linens and towels are included. The master bedroom suite (pictured) is on the third (top) floor, and has an excellent comfy queen bed. View of the ocean too. The guest suite includes a trundle bed (2singles). Special features include a fireplace, full gourmet kitchen, and 350 square-foot deck off the living/dining area. 'Nirvana' may not be suitable for small children/older adults who have difficulty climbing stairs.

The deck is set up for lounging, reading, relaxing, and dining under the stars. Gardens are lush and beautiful, creating an ambiance of privacy. Lemon, orange, and apricot trees are there to be shared, or just savor the aroma of the fresh citrus. 'Nirvana' is an ideal get-away for those discerning few. Everything is provided to make your stay a memorable one, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers. Just bring your surf/boogie boards or rent them at the Surf Shop on Seaward. 'Nirvana' is adjacent to the San Buenaventura State Beach Park with walking trails, volley ball courts, bike rentals & much more. Once back home rinse off under our outside hot/cold water shower. Please Note: The structural design of our home precludes having older/handicapped adults unable to climb stairs.

Golf Information: Golf courses abound within a 5 mile radius of 'Nirvana'. San Buenaventura Golf Course has been newly renovated as is the Olivas Park Golf course under construction (winter-2006). River Ridge has 27 holes of great golf and of course there is the Ojai Valley Inn Spa & Golf Resort.
