Beautiful home is on Santa Barbara's popular Mesa, 1.5 miles to downtown Santa Barbara or several beaches. The home is walking distance to the Mesa Village Center (fine & casual dining, grocery, drugstore, spa, Lazy Acres) & several parks. Set at the 400 ft level, the views of downtown on one side and the ocean on the other side make this an ideal spot for families, couples, or great friends. Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, views of ocean, mountains and downtown. Bathroom inside of room includes large tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, TV, Playstation, piano, and views of the mountains. Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Full size bed. Living room seats up to 10 with satellite flatscreen TV, DVD and VCR players and a DVD/video library numbering in the triple digits. All the comforts of home are included: linens (towels, sheets, blankets), kitchen (pots, spices, etc.)
