This beautifully restored 1934 Spanish Style Bungalow sits right on the sand. It is located in Silverstrand Beach, a beautiful beach town situated South of Oxnard and North of Malibu. This lovely bungalow boasts comfort and design in every room. The living room has custom tile and is accented with a wood-burning fireplace and French doors that look out to the private ocean front patio. An alfresco dining area sits off of the living room. The efficient kitchen is equipped with all the convenient appliances you would have in your home. The master bedroom has panoramic ocean views with doors that lead out to the ocean front patio.
