The 85-unit complex has 2 pools with hot tubs and a nicely-equipped exercise room attached to the spacious clubhouse. The award-winning common areas are beautifully landscaped and secure and are perfect for an early morning or late evening stroll. Cancellations and Refunds: A full refund of deposit will be made if cancellation is made with 90 days or more notice from date of arrival. Otherwise, a $300.00 re-rental charge will be withheld.
    RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE FULL MONTH; NO SPLIT MONTHS. NO WEEKLY RENTALS.
