This beautiful Mediterranean-style home is situated in Tucson, on a three-acre, hill-top property with panoramic views of the city and mountains. It's surrounded by lush Arizona Sonora Desert. The roads are paved. Wildlife visit on a daily basis -- including quail, cottontails, jack rabbits, ground squirrels, woodpeckers, morning doves, white wing doves, cactus wrens, roadrunners, hawks, owls, coyotes, javalinas, bobcats, and hummingbirds. This non-smoking, clean, and uncluttered home offers 2,700 square feet of living space. It features two patios and a large living room with a piano. There is a rustic, open-beam ceiling and a fireplace in the family room. And the formal, fully-equipped dining room seats 12 comfortably. The split floor-plan provides privacy for two couples or a family of two, four, or six. A large dog door is available for your best friend.
