This lovely 1,500 square-foot, two-bedroom/two-bath home is in a very quiet and relaxing area that backs up to the Tonto National Forest. The grounds are meticulously cared for by the Homeowners Association; and the Association maintains a large swimming pool and whirlpool spa.
Just north of Scottsdale, the town of Carefree is just as its name implies -- very carefree and laid-back, with street names like 'Ho Hum' and 'Easy Street'.
Beautiful Bartlet lake is only a half-hour east of Carefree, and offers excellent boating and fishing.
The little western town of Cave Creek is just west of Carefree, and features many western restaurants including 'The Horny Toad', 'The Buffalo Chip', 'Cartwrights', and 'The Territorial Grill.'
The townhouse is only five minutes from 'Desert Mountain Properties' and 'The Boulders', two world-class golf properties.
