In the house region, the panorama street at-grade is ideal for walks. You have a view upon the Atlantic. After a 15 minute walk you have see view both upon the Atlantic and the Caribbean. There are 3 apartments altogether. There is a park-like property around the house. In 10 minutes yb foot, you can reach the city center with super market, vegetable and fruit stores, pharmacy, grocery, newspaper shop, bar, etc. It is a very quiet location, without traffic noise. Each apartment has its own parking lot. The equipment is according to the European standard, with beds, washing machine, drier room and big terrace.

There is a large living room with terrace and sea view. Another terrace with sea view belongs to the bedroom (28 m²). The bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks, as well as a guests’ WC. In the kitchen, there is a big refrigerator, a cooker with 4 plates and a double sink. The dining place is suitable for 8 people. A drier is also available.

You have sea view from the house. In 10 minutes by foot, you can reach the city center with super market, vegetable and fruit stores, pharmacy, grocery, newspaper shop, bar, etc. It is a very quiet location, without traffic noise. It takes a 10 minute drive to the beaches, and sometimes I, as the owner, can give you a ride for free.
