The kitchen on the ground level has granite counters, all necessary cooking equipment, side by side fridge, dishwasher, convection-microwave, convection oven, hot water dispenser, rice cooker, etc. The bar on the 2nd floor also has cooking facilities including 2 burner hob and microwave, kettle, toaster, grill and two refrigerators. The 2nd floor living room has plasma TV with DVD and home theatre surround system. Additional occasional dining table, air conditioning plus two ceiling fans. A cosy balcony overlooking the gardens adjoins the room with seating for 4 under the umbrella. The ground floor living room/kitchen has snooker table , DVD, home theatre system and garden with fountain, SMOKING : Although smoking is not allowed inside the residence there is the; terrace, balcony, patio or roof deck nearby on each level.

Totally gutted and rebuilt in 2005 this house has had no expense spared. The over 4000 square feet of living area give a grand spacious feel to the place and permits individuals in larger groups to find space to be on their own if desired. Every room is granite floor tiled and air conditioned for comfort in the tropical climate. Ceiling fans work wonderfully well too, to providing a gentle breeze. The house is situated in the highly respected and renowned Grand Condo complex right on Dongtarn Beach, with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and luscious tropical gardens. 24 hour manned security is provided and access to the complex is through key card or remote transmitters. Ample parking proved in addition to the home's gated carport. Rental car or motorcycle provide upon request for minimal additional charge. See website.

Daily maid service is provided for general house cleaning and bed making. Maid speaks, reads & write English. Laundry facilities are included for guest use or alternatively laundry can be sent out and delivered for minimal charge. Food can also be ordered via delivery from any number of fine restaurants around the town, however it's only a short walk to many fine dining establishments such as Brunoi's, PanPan, Mata Hari's, L'Ovier, Poseidon, etc etc. It would be hard to find a more idyllic or convenient spot in all Jomtien/Pattaya. Check out nearby Rabbit Resort and the Avalon hotels for comparison.
