Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The prices are valid for the property accommodating 6 people. The change-over takes place on Saturdays or on request. Check in is between 16 and 19 p.m. and check out is between 8 and 10 a.m. The electricity will be charged according to the counter. The final cleaning is CHF 285. Linen, towels and table cloths are obligatorily changed once a week and cost CHF 30 per person and per week. 1 garage is CHF 12 per day. The visitor’s tax is CHF 2.20 per day, for people over 14 years. An extra bed is CHF 50 per day. A cot is CHF 25 per day. The security deposit is CHF 800 and needs to be paid by cash on location. The rest will be refunded when you check out. 30% off the rental rate needs to be paid when you make the booking. The balance has to be paid within 4 weeks before the arrival.
