The Sant Antoni Apartment is a designer brand new and newly furnished double bedroom apartment. This charming, design apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with double bed. The living area and the new equipped open kitchen with all best brands new appliances, including, microwave, refrigerator, washing-dryer machine. In the bath have been used high quality Italian ceramics and tropical woods. The design apartment is all exterior with wooden beams and ,the floors made from natural oak from France and natural stone from India; heating system, air conditioning, WIFI INTERNET ADSL access a 25” flat TV & Sony PlayStation2 player, and also each room has a wardrobe with hanging space for your clothes, iron , hairdryer are also provided. Sheets, blankets and towels are included. The apartment is in the second floor of a building of 3 floors high with only 5 apartments in all the building. The building has no lift as most of the buildings in the historical city

In the heart of the Old city, situated in one of those little historic streets, which were there from the beginning when Barcelona wasn't yet a big European Metropolis. Nearby (all within walking distance) you will find many things worthwhile: The MACBA, Boqueria Marquet, Harbour and Port well many others. The Raval area is a popular district full of bars, restaurants and also markets and shops.   • DISCOUNTS % FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 7 DAYS.
    The rates includes all taxes and consumptions (electricity, gas and water).
    A 40 euro for end cleaning fee has to be added at the end price.
    Arrival time conditions: 25 Eur extra charge for arrivals after 21h, 35 Eur after midnight
    In case a stay of 2 nights the rate per night is 10 % higher than the indicated above.

    Security Deposit.
    A deposit of 150 Eur is required the day you come. This deposit is refunded at the departure day after checking the apartment.
    To make the booking of the apartment 25 % total amount should be paid. We can only block the apartment for you in case the 25 % has been received at our account.
    We accept payments with bank transfer of funds or credit card payment.
  • Payment Policy:
    The remaining 75% is done when you arrive at the apartment and keys are delivered. This payment is always done in cash in case you need other option of payment, please feel free to ask before arriving.
