Gas Heater: Hot water and heating system Fagor and Roca. Fridge/Freezer: Liebherr. Air-conditioning, Mitshubishi electric: Cooling and Heat Pump. Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board. We do provide good quality linens and towels at no extra charge. The apartment price also includes electricity water and gas.

The stay in his apartment was the best we could do. Very nice area and easy access to all the tourist attractions. Metro station two minutes walk, supermercado in 1 minute walk. Perfect! The apartment is clean, comfortable, affordable and well designed. Joan was very friendly and helpful.
