Rincon townhome Rental Property Information

This is a great, affordable, large family rental in the new gated community of Punta Del Mar here in Rincon! Sit back, relax and enjoy this two bedroom (plus den), two and a half bath townhome with central air conditioning and plug-in broadband Internet access if you need to bring your laptop. It is just steps to a beautiful surfing beach (in the winter season) with a knee high tide pool for little ones besides the beautiful swimming pool. The home is furnished with everything you need to make your vacation memorable. There is a view of the ocean from the small balcony at the second bedroom and also from the front terrace. It is in a gated community close to local restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful pool, tennis and basketball courts if you think you want a break from the ocean! There are two assigned parking spaces. Stay 7 nts or more and save the cleaning fee!
