Rincon house Rental Property Information

Tres Amigos Beach House sits on 1/4-acre of land, set back 100 yards from the ocean (1/10th mile by beach access). Facing west, the entire west side of the house is a large screened lanai that benefits from the Caribbean trade winds, & looks out on sunsets, the surf, & migrating humpback whales (in season). Upstairs, the main part of the house offers 1,100 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, & a spacious dining room/living area extending from the center of the main cupola out to the lanai. The sofa bed is a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned; there are ceiling fans throughout. The 400 square-foot cabana is a separate apartment on the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom with a a queen size bed , one bathroom, & a kitchen/living room opening onto a screened lanai -- similar to the main floor. The bedroom is air-condition, more rustic than the upstairs, a great place for the teens & kids! 7 nt minimum.

This tropical home is located just off of road 413 in Rincon, 'The road to happiness' past the marina, Steps Beach & before you get to the turn off for the lighthouse 'El Faro.' It's situated about a 100 yards off of the beach & almost the same off the road. 1/10 of a mile by the beach access to Dogmans. It feels private & wonderful. There are several surf breaks right off the beach- Dogmans, Tres Palmas & Marias just a short walk down the beach. Enjoy the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Great sea life! In the winter, the humpback whales can be spotted right off shore. Rincon has no traffic lights. You can drive from one side to the other in 15 minutes, but you do need a car. Several restaurants & bars are just a couple of minutes drive away. Great day trips abound. The Camuy Caves, the Arecibo Observatory, the bio phosphorescent bay down in Paguera, coffee plantations & more. Be as busy as you wish or just sit & soak up the peace & quiet in the best of the Caribbean!

No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be 25 or older to reserve.
