This large, secluded, vacation rental home is located just a two-minute walk from a beautiful, sandy surfing beach on Puerto Rico's unspoiled West Coast (Sandy Beach in Rincon). Casa Grande is close to restaurants & oceanfront beach bars. Casa Grande is perfect for your large family or group. The maximum number of guests is 12. The home's amenities include a kitchen (with microwave), satellite TV, laundry room with washer & dryer, a great gas BBQ, 2 terraces & a shared swimming pool. The house enjoys a view of the Caribbean from the top terraces, and easy access to miles of beautiful sandy beach. The town center of Rincon is just a few minutes' drive away. The Casa Grande Pool's Villa apartments share the pool with Casa Grande. All three units may be rented together for larger groups. Cleaning fee applies to rentals less than 7 nights.

Rincon is the furthest west town on the island of Puerto Rico. Famous for our sunsets, kind people, surfing, whale watching, diving and snorkeling. We are a 30-40 minute drive from Aguadilla airport (BQN) with flights in daily on Continental, Jet Blue, Spirit, & Delta from Newark, JFK, Atlanta, & Florida. San Juan (SJU) is a 2.5 hour drive away with flights from all over! Our quiet town is a break from the big cities. We have no traffic lights yet, but we're only 20 minutes away from the town of Mayaguez with a Sam's Club, Super K, Chili's, Long Horn Steak House, movie theaters, casinos, winter league baseball games and more! The Arecibo Observatory (James Bond's Golden Eye & Jody Foster's Contact) & the Camuy caves are just a 1.5 hour drive. We aren't New York City! This is a slow down and enjoy the tropical breezes vacation. You can be as busy as you wish or just sit and enjoy this paradise we are happy to share with you! US citizens do not require a passport or visa!

  • The Casa Grande rental is the 2nd and third levels of the building. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house with its own a/c unit, along with the kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, living room with satellite TV and exercise equipment, dining area and one of 2 terraces for the home. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own floor fan. There is a large a/c unit in the hall that most groups leave on with the doors open to the other bedrooms. A full bath room is upstairs as well. The beds get moved around, but generally there is a full and a twin in two bedrooms, one full in the hall under the ac, and the other fulls in the long bedroom. The first floor of the building has a small apartment with a long term renter who is rarely there (separate entrances.)

Rincon for all seasons! Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. Treat yourself to the tranquility & beauty when the crowds leave. Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone.
