You have 2 pools (adult & kiddie) for fun besides the great beach (with warm water!) & playground (visible, as well as the pools, from your two ocean front balconies!) Rincon is famous for sunsets, beautiful beaches both for swimming and surfing, whale watching in the winter, all sorts of water activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, banana boat rides, deep sea fishing, and more! The Humpback whales come down late December to about mid-March. A real treat to see! The new Tres Palmas Marine Preserve is a great spot to go snorkeling and see some of the fantastic sea life we are famous for just feet off shore! You may be as busy or relaxed as you choose in Rincon. Various delicious restaurants await you all over town, and you may take wonderful day trips to different parts of the island. Mayaguez is 20 minutes to the south of us with shopping malls, cinemas, casinos and more. Close enough to be handy, far enough away to keep Rincon a nice little town! The Arecibo Observatory (setting for James Bond's Golden Eye and Jody Foster in Contact) and the Camuy Caves are just 1.5 hour drive, a great day trip for Wednesdays - Sundays .

There are beach towels, beach chairs & beach toys, all the pots and pans, linens, and more here. The dining table seats 6 with room for 2 more at the kitchen counter. A starter supply of soap & toilet paper are in the home to hold you until you get to the grocery store. Please enjoy any smoking outside. The Rincon town track & sports complex is less than 3 minute drive away. You may play tennis, enjoy jogging or running on the track, or work out in the free weights & weight machines free of charge all located at the town sports complex. All sorts of water sport rentals are just a 5 minute drive away in front of the Villa Cofresi. Sail boat, fishing, scuba and snorkeling charters are available near the marina.

Further Details for the condo in Puerto Rico

Paradise Corner is located on the south side of Rincon on Corcega Beach. The area is quieter than the north side of town, but close enough you can go enjoy the fun and then come home and relax in your beautiful piece of paradise! You may walk for miles on the beautiful beaches. In the winter, you may spot the whales right out in front! The water is warm and delightful. English language movies are a 15 minute drive away ($5.50 for adults and $3.75 for kids!). We have at least 3 Internet cafes in town. Casinos are 15-20 minutes away in Mayaguez. Great restaurants in town. Major shopping with Borders Book Store, Sears, JC Pennys, Mega Marshalls, Walmart, Pier One Imports,K-Mart, Sam's Club, & more as well as Chili's, Pizzaria Uno, Long Horn Steak House, Sizzler & more in Mayaguez. Close enough if you need them but not in your back yard!
