  • Rates are based up to 2 people. Each extra bed is 30% of regular price per day. Crib for child 0-2 years is free. These prices include cleaning after each week.   • TO BOOK: A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments must be in the euro currency. Payments can be made by bank transfer. We also accept credit cards via Paypal.
  • SCHEDULE: Check in time is 1500 hours on arrival date and check out time is 1200 hours on departure day. In the event you arrive early to check in, or you would like to store your belongings after you have vacated, you may store your belongings in the proprietor´s house facilities.

Activites to experience To visit Sao Miguel, known as the Ilha Verde (Green island), is also to discover a natural world that seems to have been hidden for a reason or purpose. The close proximity of attractions are easily accessible, however, to observe and admire it, will prolong your stay indefinitely. Nurtured by nature and time, one will find the crater lakes of Sete Cidades, Lagoa do Fogo (Fire Lake) and Lagoa das Furnas (Furnas Lake). CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE IN SAO MIGUEL, AZORES Both travel and accommodation are at their lowest, giving you more to spend on your Christmas holiday. The city streets are festive with lights and decorations and the stores are full of beautiful crafted gifts to choose from. Stop at a local cafe and have an espresso while watching the ocean waves crashing against the rocks or have a glass of local wine on a romantic evening after strolling through streets. All, at your own relaxing pace. The rich green countryside and temperate temperatures are great for exploring the island.

Golf Information: Two Golf Courses on the island of Sao Miguel. Both equally spectacular, scenic-wise and challenge-wise. The Batalha course supports a 27 hole, par 72. Approximate distance 12 km or 15 minute drive. The Furnas course is an 18 hole, par 72. Approximate distance 35 km or 45 minute drive. Batalha Golf course hosted the Senior European golf tournament in 2008.
