  • Prices shown are up to 8 people. To rent the apartment, for up to 4 persons, per week : LOW £300 - MID & HIGH £395 - PEAK £495 . Changeover day: Thursday., but we are flexible out of the main season. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. on departure.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : Please email, fax or phone. Your booking is confirmed after we receive your Booking form together with a: 25% deposit. The remaining balance of 75% is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300(£400 with apartment). is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit card
  • Air conditioning is included in the rental price.
    Mobile internet dongles at 35 pounds for week. On request only. Payable locally.
    FREE INTERNET ACCESS available at our management office which is near the villa.
  • We can also arrange car hire and airport transfer if required.

They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments. PLUS FREE INTERNET ACCESS available for up to 15 minutes per day.
