Villas de Rosarito Condominiums is located just 15 miles south of the San Diego-Tijuana border in the famous tourist city of Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico. This condo is on the first floor of a beautiful, five-story, concrete structure that is built on a bluff on the beach -- on the southern tip of Rosarito Beach. This gated, private, condo sleeps four. It has one bedroom, a full bath, a half bath, a living room, dining area, and a balcony. The full kitchen has a gas range with oven, a full-size refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave oven. There is assigned underground parking as well as street parking. Relax on the pool deck or your private balcony overlooking the beach and Pacific Ocean. Hear the sound of the surf breaking on the sandy beach. This condo is located one quarter mile south of the Rosarito Beach Hotel. It's far enough from downtown Rosarito Beach so that you can still enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation.

Further Details for the condo in Mexico

The town of Puerto Nuevo is about 15 minutes south of Villas de Rosarito along the Ensenada Libre Road. Puerto Nuevo is world-famous for its many restaurants offering mouth-watering lobster dinners for low prices. The condo is across the street from the PEMEX AM/PM market at Highway Toll Booth; and it's within walking distance of the century-old Rosarito Beach Hotel. This is a great small-family vacation rental. Driving Directions: From the US, go south on Interstate 5 to the San Diego-Tijuana border. After crossing the border into Mexico, take the 'Scenic Road to Ensenada', and take the last exit before the toll booth (sign says 'To Popotla') in Rosarito Beach -- about 15 miles south of the border. Upon exiting, you will see a PEMEX-AM/PM Gas Station and Mini-Market on the left side of the road. Turn right on the first paved road (about 200 yards from the exit). The only five-story concrete building in that area on the Pacific Ocean (right side) is Villas de Rosarito.
