Puerto Vallarta condo Rental Property Information

Beautiful Condo right on the beach with infinity pool on oceans edge. Best sandy beach in Vallarta (next to InterContinental El Presidente Hotel) where you can get wireless Internet service. Complete Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, etc. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Cable TV. Maid service/laundry. Only 5 miles to the center of Pto. Vallarta. Taxi or bus is the easiest way. Condo does have 1 reserved parking spot should you decide you want a car. Incredible views and scenery. Very quiet and peaceful place to be (Paradise). Small boats can taxi you to many of the untouched beaches and get-a-ways in the near vicinity (Los Animas, Quimixto, Yelapa) in a very short time. Mismaloya Beach and Los Arcos are about 2 miles south of the property. Los Arcos is famous for it's snorkeling and diving and Mismaloya is where John Huston filmed 'Night of the Iguana

Beautiful Condo right on the most prestigious beach in Vallarta. It's really like your own private beach because access is reserved for residents . It's located about 5 miles from the center of Vallarta (great restaurants, shopping, the town offers so much diversity) with easy access via taxi or bus from the property. Los Arcos and Mismaloya Beach are only a few miles away. These places have incredible beaches and diving. Up in the mountains from Mismaloya Beach is El Eden which is a natural river/waterfall setting with eco-canopy tours through the jungle. From the condo itself you can take small boats (panga's) to just about anywhere inside the Bay (one of the largest in the world). These spots are in-accessible by car as there aren't any roads on the south peninsula area. Quimixto (about 20 min. boat ride) has horseback to an incredible waterfall, virtually untouched areas. The next beach over from there is La Caleta (John Huston's former home) It's a beautiful beach, you'll love it
