Orlando villa Rental Property Information

This luxury, executive villa was just completed in July 2003, and is located in the gated complex of The Abbey at West Haven, Davenport. It's just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other attractions. This air-conditioned, four-bedroom/3.5-bath villa features an open plan throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and a walk-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite bath and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin-bedded (one with a Disney theme for children); they share a bathroom with a bath/shower. There is also a full-size sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate two persons. There is a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area (that seats eight), a living area, utility room, double garage, and screened patio. For babies, there is a crib/cot with changer, highchair and toddler toilet seat. Also cot side for toddlers (goes along side bed). The heated swimming pool and pool area is complete with an outside shower and toilet/sink facilities. The villa and pool area are situated on a premium plot overlooking a nature reserve and wetlands -- with complete privacy. The home is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Local supermarkets and other facilities are approximately two miles away at Champions Gate. Orlando's new Champions Gate Golf Club features two 18-hole golf courses designed by Greg Norman. We have a 24-hour management company available, if needed.
