  • The Rental Rates are 600 GBP Low season to 700 GBP per week. high season per week

    This is a self catering holiday but catering can be provided upon request, the cost of this arrangement is to be made direct to our housekeeper. There is a 60 GBP per week service charge which is paid directly to our caretaker upon arrival which takes care of the pool and grounds upkeep while the guest are in residence
  • High season dates :-1st December - 5th January 700 GBP High season dates :- 1st March until the 1st of November 700 GBP Low season dates :- 6th January until 1st March and the month of November 600 GBP Payments can be made via pay pal or via bank account

    This villa can only be rented on a weekly basis. £100 deposit per week is required to secure the booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date There is no set changeover day. Book wherever there is availability.

    Termination, up to 49 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price, up to 35 days before rental period: 40 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. Percentage is based on total rental price booked.

    It is recommended that you e-mail your flight arrival times in advance - to arrange key collection etc. Check out by 11:00 hours on the day of departure

The living area is the hight of luxury and has top of the range Sony Hi Fi System and the full cable TV package. There is indoor and on the veranda sitting arrangement where there is sitting for 12 people comfortabilly, The indoor dinning table can sit six people and you are able to access the living room and both sides of the veranda the veranda dinning table overlooks the swimming pool and part of the garden of Villa Patiently Waiting. Children must have parental supervision if entering the swimming pool. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times before entering the swimming pool. We need advanced notification if there are elderly or wheelchair guests. We have a four ring gas stove and oven and also can provide a catering service at a cost. We also have a washing machine and dryer and iron and board or laundry service can be paid for.
