Coconut Isle Villa is located in the village of Long Bay, in the Parish of Portland, 14 miles east of Port Antonio, Jamaica. It is situated directly on a mile-long private, white-sand beach. It is adjacent to a coconut grove, and is one of eight houses on the entire beach.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $900.00 - $1000.00/week
- Thanksgiving Week will cost $1000.00/WK
- Beginning March 1, and ending December 31, 2008, there will be a 20 Year Anniversary Special.
I am offering two weeks for $1000.00. The weeks need not be used consecutively, depending on availability.
A maximum of six adults is also permitted during the special. Children 12 and older are considered as adults.

20 Year Anniversary Special Coconut Isle Properties is offering a 20 year Anniversary Special. You get two weeks rental for the price of one week. (1000.00) The week need not be used consecutively and may run through 2009. You may have up to six adults in your group. Children 12 years old and older are considered to be adults.
