Casa Frances is just 10 minutes walk from the local bakery, shop and restaurant in the small local town. Just 10 mins drive away is the beautiful medieval hilltop town of Cingoli, with more restaurants and supermarkets, butchers etc. and 40 minutes drive from Ancona airport or the beach. Enjoy the wine, local cuisine, art and architecture, the unique Caves of Frassassi and the superb unspoilt countryside, or just sit back and enjoy your own private, tranquil surroundings. A restaurant and essential shops and a bar within a 10 min walk at the local village. Other restaurants and bars within a 10 min drive at the spectacular medieval hilltop town of cingoli. A water park is located at only 15 mins drive, numerous vineyards surround the area. Many other activities are located close by, details are available on request or at Casa Frances. Rolling countryside right up to the coast. The Sea is visible on a typical summer day. The areas tranquillity is disturbed only by birdsong and the occasional passing tractor!
