A stylish apartment with a sitting/dining room that opens onto a very pretty terrace (child-proof), bordered by shrubs and flowers, overlooking an allotment and facing towards hills, roof-tops and old dwellings opposite that are not close. Terrazza Verde is furnished stylishly with beige leather furniture and contemporary pictures. Its master bedroom, a spacious room, faces the inside of the building. The twin bedroom has partial views of hills. This apartment is ideal for 1 couple + 2 children. Equally, 2 couples can comfortably stay here and sleep in privacy because the 2 bedrooms are separated by a corridor and the separate, fitted kitchen and the twin beds can be joined, by request. The sitting room contains 2 squashy sofas and a dining table with seating for 4 persons. Its French windows onto the terrace and its other large window ensure plenty of light. Stepping out of this apartment, you step straight into a pedestrian area, teaming with shops, bars + restaurants.
