Independent typical Tuscan building of 75 sm. surrounded by olive trees and cypresses, with loggia (outside terrace), private garden for sunbathing. Inside it is decorated in the characteristic Tuscan style with terracotta floors and visible wooden beams. It is divided into a large sitting-room with TV-sat, a complete kitchen and a fridge with freezer. A bedroom with huge double bed, a small single bedroom and a mansard loft with two beds. There is also a nice bathroom, with shower, toilet and bidet. A shared barbecue is available.
