Notes:

Smoking is permitted only on the terraces. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and there is no lift/elevator, but 65 low 'Renaissance'-steps a few times a day will only increase our health! Moreover, the local shops will gladly bring your heavy purchases to your roman home without a surcharge. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in 2006. I, Hanne Retvik Lombardo, am personally taking care of the rental and have been living only 2 minutes away for the last 13 years (totally 30 years in Rome, after leaving my home country Norway). It's a very nice area, with just a short way to the city centre (bus 881 or 98), but we also enjoy the quietness of the countryside.
