The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area only 5 km from St. Peter's, near all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars. The beautiful, panoramic, 100 sqm roof-terrace with all facilities is however the most fantastic feature of Attico Aurelia Antica! Enjoy the sunset and quiet evenings in your private heaven after your hard tourist days!The 26sq m apartment consists of a sunny room, with a fully equipped kitchenette. There's a comfortable double sofa bed and a sleeping-pouf, which also serves as an extra seat or a small table. Satelite TV.A small oval dining/working-table is put in the light in front of the window, but of course you can choose to stay on the balcony facing south-west, or go upstairs to the huge roof-terrace. The room is air conditioned and there is a double heating system, so you choose your own temperature. The floors are parquet.In the small entrance hall you'll find a chest of drawers and a coat rack. The bathroom is large with shower and washer.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and on the terrace. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and there is no lift/elevator, but 65 low 'Renaissance'-steps a few times a day will only increase our health! Moreover, the local shops will gladly bring your heavy purchases to your roman home without a surcharge. We will also give you a hand up and down with your luggage. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in 2006/2009. I, Hanne Retvik Lombardo, am personally taking care of the rental and have been living only 2 minutes away for the last 13 years (totally 33 years in Rome, after leaving my home country Norway). It's a very nice area, with just a short way to the city centre (bus 881 or 98), but we also enjoy the quietness of the countryside. The beautiful, panoramic, 100 sqm roof-terrace with all facilities is however the most fantastic feature of Attico Aurelia Antica! Enjoy the sunset and quiet evenings in your private heaven after your hard tourist days!
