The loft is new and was totally renovated during the summer of 1999. The floors are covered by fitted carpet in natural fiber of coco-sisal.It is divided into 3 areas: the first area which is a living room with 2 comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed for two guests) the second area is a modern kitchen with a bar and a dining area for a maximum of 5 guests, at the end there is a large bathroom with shower (very stylish with its black marble tops), a dressing room with a safety box and finally a charming mezzanine with a double bed. A fifth bed for a child can be added, next to the dressing room.

It is a quiet place because it is located on the ground floor inside the large courtyard of the Palazzo. There are big ceiling fans for the summer. The loft is serviced before and after rental. The loft is very well connected by the subway and bus, but there are many places within walking distance; Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Caracalla, Domus Aurea, Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli and Santa Maria Maggiore. On the same side walk there are grocery shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, and large shopping area is only 5 minutes walk away (via Merulana and Via Emanuele Filiberto).There is a big and beautiful park ( Celimontana)at 5 minutes where in the summer there are jazz concerts every night.
