  • All bookings are normally Saturday in Saturday. In the price of the villa it is included the main building and the apartment for the guests. Minimum rental one week. A 25 % deposit is required to secure the booking. A 300 euro returnable security deposit is required with the final rental payment and will be returned in full if no damage or loss has occurred. The property is booked from 2 am on the day of arrival through to 10 pm on the day of departure.

Pool - surroundings The pool is 16,5 metres long, 3 metres wide and 0,6-1,80 metres deep. It is located on the side of the villa that overlooks the sea. The water surface is lower than the lounge floor by 0,65 metres because of the bridge that is built over it. The bridge unites the lounge area with the pool area that is made of iron, steel and ship wood. The left and front parts of the pool are linked to a corridor that is 1m wide and on the same level with the water surface so that the person who is swimming can see the sea. Description Villa Calyspo - west Crete The villa is located on the foot of Cape Koutoulas on the beach of the village Keramoti. Built at a distance of 60 metres away from the sea & an altitude of 50 metres above sea level, right on the edge of the cliffs of the Cape on a 10 stremma (10.000 square metres or 2,5 acres) plot completely fenced in, it offers its visitors a magnificent view, safety, privacy, seclusion & luxury. It is connected to the village of Livadia that is at a distance of 1200 metres away from the villa through an 800m long dirt road. The villa is located in the seaside village of Livadia, Keramoti bay, Innahorion, in the south-western part of Crete, at a distance of 72 km from Chania and 31 km from Kissamos. The villa can be accessed through a 4 km long road that is connected to the regional provincial road. The village is located in the middle of the European hiking path E4– a seaside route of exceptional natural beauty- that starts at the village of Kambos & continues through the villages of Keramoti,
