Details for Villa Katharina in Germany

The villa was built in 1899 by the factory owner Carl Müller with the purpose of representation. Over the past years from 2000 to 2005 a fundamental reconstruction took place to protect the historical monument. The constructor used valuable timber for the well preserved parquet floor, the windows and the carcass. Aestheticly arranged is the stairway with its lead glass windows in art nouveau so that it is a delight to stay in this house. From the big entrance stairway through the main entrance you reach the foyer. Wardrobe, kitchen and pantry can even be reached through a side entrance. In the villa's ground floor is a 70 sqm large two folded room situated. The room's ambience with a historic fireside and the Wilhelminian style furniture offers space for solemnities. A 12 feet pool table invites to play. In the adjoined room you find a resting place with library and TV. The bedrooms are in the upper level of the villa.

Next to the communal rooms in the villa's ground floor are big living/bedrooms in the upper levels (additional beds available on request). All bedrooms are comfortable equipped to enjoying privacy. A big lobby with gallery connects the rooms from the ground floor and the first floor. Bathrooms in this domain are to share. There is a separate, especially quiet located apartment with own kitchen, bathroom and balcony/ view over the Brunnental in the second floor. The big sauna with shower and the sun bed are in the basement. The property's garden (about 3000sqm) offers space to relax and for sports and games. For children there is a tree house, a sandpit and a swing on the leaning. Small bonfires are possible. Own bicycles can be locked in a shelter.
