  • If you wish to stay less when 5 nights please let us know. We offer a special rate for families. They pay only 79 EUR/night if they stay more than 5 nights. The final cleaning costs 30 EUR, from April 1st on 40 EUR. Before leaving we expect you to empty the bins. Please rinse your dirty dishes and put them into the dishwasher. We charge 5 EUR per person for bed sheets and towels. If you prefer to bring your own, please let us know in advance. A phone is available on request for a fee of 5 €. In addition to that calls will be cleared according to our tariff list (Germany 4 cents/minute, USA 5 cents/minute etc.) before you leave.
    For more than 4 adults the rate/night will increase 15 EUR/night/person.

The two floors are connected by a spiral stair. We also offer a grid to protect toddlers from using the spiral stairs on their own. On the ground floor you find the bedroom and the living room, on the first floor you find the big kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment has got two entrances, one on each floor. A baby bed as well as two different high chairs for kids (depending on their age) is available at no extra charge. As we use this apartment as our second home you can imagine that the equipment is more luxurious than what you will usually find in apartments to rent. There are also books and games for children (only in German). In the kitchen you will also find a very comfortable coffee machine (Melitta my cup) to provide you with fresh coffee (steamed, not brewed). Coffee, tea, sugar, spices, vinegar, oil and a choice of food that can be quickly prepared are at your disposal. We welcome you and hope that you will feel almost like at home. There is also a phone at your disposal.
