Sitting on the balcony you look to the south and you have a fantastic view into the garden and to the mountains. The living room has two large panorama windows to the south and the west to overlook the scenery. There is a dining area, with couch and easy chairs and two foldaway beds if needed. The apartment has a new turquoise velvet carpeted floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an additional dining area for two people. The bathroom has blue tiles, a bathtub (where you can relax after a mountaineering tour) and a toilet and a wash basin. In the bedroom there is a romantic round window overlooking the garden, a double bed, part of the ceiling is covered with wooden panels and a sleeping gallery for children and a baby cot. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. The entrance is furnished with a mirror and a wardrobe. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and is situated on the first floor. The owner lives downstairs and speaks perfect English and will help the guest in any way.

Along the river Ostrach there is the cross country trace for cross country skiing. Downhill skiing in Oberjoch, Oberstdorf, and many other places. Sledging at the Hornbahn, and down from Schwarzenberg and for little children from the hill next to the house.

Beside Haus 'Gabi' the Hotel 'Waidmannsheil' is situated. You can have breakfast there from 8 - 10 o'clock from the buffet, it costs 10 Euro per person.
