Located in the centre of ancient Aix, 200 metres from the Cours Mirabeau, this 19th century ground-floor apartment, fully-modernized, benefits from its OWN EXCLUSIVE (350 m2 -3800 ft2) PRIVATE GARDEN (i.e. NOT shared with any other occupants or owner) a relaxing haven from the bustling city, with 3 separate terraces/patios, that allow you to chose sun or shade, depending on time of day (tip-in the heat of the summer, southern exposed terraces are too hot to use except in evening!)
