The villa has 2 comfortable double sofabeds in lounge, electric heaters, ceiling fans, air-conditioning lounge, year round use. Outside are 3 patio tables, garden umbrella, 12 chairs, 2 reclining chairs and 2 full length sunbeds and a rotary drier. A travel cot is available. There is an electric barbecue for use inside or out and a drinks fridge on the patio area. The communal swimming pool and babies pool are available from June to the end of September. There is TV with full Sky package, about 146 videos, DVD player and a large selection of books. Changeover day is Saturday in main season but can be more flexible at other times. The villa is on one level as is the patio, although there are 2 steps up to the villa entrance. There is ample parking space. It is on a private Domaine with security barrier, Bureau with English speaking staff and a restaurant open in main season. It is exceptionally well-equipped including cleaning equipment.
