Port-Grimaud house Rental Property Information

Port Grimaud is a French Historical Monument set in the Baie de St. Tropez on the Cote D'Azur. It's a miniature Venice built around pretty canals and bridges, but in the Provencal style of the fisherman's house rather than the grand palazzi. L'Annexe is a 3-storey terraced house with private pool, on the Giscle river opposite the Cogolin boatyard.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The rental rates include the loan of linen and towels. There is a security deposit of 1000 euros. This will be returned within one month of departure, after telephone charges and the cost of any damage has been deducted. The house must be left as clean as on arrival. Any extra cleaning required will be charged at 25 euros per hour.
  • The house is available for 2008 Christmas & New Year period at the special rental rate of 2000 euros per week (minimum 1 week). The house has reverse cycle heating. The pool is heated during the winter period at the expense of the renter.
  • There is a discount of 10% for the second consecutive weekly rental, and 15% for the third or more - please ask for conditions.

There is an additional shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

There is private parking in the forecourt for 1 vehicle. The forecourt also houses a washing machine & dryer, ironing board and iron. There is one bicycle for shopping. Depending on availability, our Dufour 36' sailboat may be available for additional accommodation. Similarly, the mooring at the bottom of the garden may be available for your boat.

Port Grimaud Waterside House L'Annexe is a Provencal style fisherman's house located in the village of Port Grimaud, on the River Giscle opposite the Cogolin boatyard. Within this gated community are homes connected by a network of canals and river, stone bridges and pretty streets. L'Annexe was built in 2000, and has 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, with 3 bath or shower rooms. It can sleep 6 adults and 3 children. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. Rental includes the use of linen and towels. There is a large balcony off the rooftop bedroom, with views along the river out towards the bay, and to Grimaud village and the mountains.

Guest Book We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks in your lovely house in Port Grimaud, we visited all our old haunts from when we had our own property in Les Marines de Cogolin. We found the house exactly fitted our family group – our grand-daughters loved the pool and the weather was just wonderful. It was an extremely successful holiday for us all.
