This villa offers all the comforts of a modern private home. Nearby are the old hilltop villages of La Cadière and Le Castellet with local craft shops and pavement cafes. There is easy access to the beach and many interesting places like the old harbors of Cassis and Sanary. The garden has lawns and flowers and is enclosed within a fence. A gardener maintains the swimming pool and the garden. Shops are at a close driving distance. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. A summer dinning room on a covered terrace has direct access to the kitchen and enjoys a beautiful view.

Golf details: Golf de Fregate. The golf club is open throughout the year winter (October to March) from 8am to 6pm and summer (April to September) from 7am to 7pm. There is one 18-hole 'Fregate' par 72 (6210m) for players with handicap. One 9-hole 'Fregalon' par 29 (1500m). Driving range, 50 bays and 2 putting greens.
