Villefranche-sur-Mer villa Rental Property Information

This five-bedroom/three-bath villa is situated about three km outside Nice, beside Cap Ferrat on the road to Monaco. It's within easy walking distance of the train (eight minutes) and the village of Villefranche (three minutes). The home has one of the best views in the area, and gets the sun most of the day. It has recently been fully refurbished with new furniture and appliances. And there is a very nice heated swimming pool in the garden. The entrance hall opens to a fully fitted Provencal kitchen on the left -- which leads to a patio. The main room is also off the hall, and leads to the patio overlooking the whole bay. The fireplace is fully functional. The games room, with pool table, is at the end of the hall. The bathroom and WC are to the right. There is also a dining room near the stairs. Upstairs leads to the main bedroom with an en- suite bathroom and double bed, overlooking the bay. The second bedroom has a double bed, and overlooks the bay and swimming pool.

Villefranche is considered the best part of the Cote d'Azur. It is also very historic with it's two old forts and Old Town which was built between the 16th and 18 th century. It is largely unchanged. Villefranche also has one of the best sea views along the coast and is a 5 minute drive to Cap Ferrat across the bay.

Bedroom details ...... The main bedroom has a large canopy bed with ensuite bathroom off it. the second bedroom is very bright as it has windows at the front and side. It has a large double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a large double bed. There is a fully fitted bathroom and WC for the second, third, and fourth bedroom. The town of Villefranche has many historic features dating from the 14th century -- including two forts and rue Obscure.

Downstairs details ..... The villa entrance is at the side. The kitchen is very bright and to the left of the hall. The main room has a huge window , giving a wonderful view of the bay. The playroom with billiard table is to the right of the entrance hall. Off the hall is a WC with basin and beside that is a large bathroom with bath, shower and wash and basin. the fourth bedroom has a double door leading on to the swimming pool. The laundry room is beside the entrance door. The swimming pool is outside on the patio and there is a removable security railing in case of young children.
