The villa, which can accommodate up to 8 persons, is situated at Col de Villefranche, 200m above sea level, in a very quiet district, on a private road ending in a cul-de-sac and where it is easy to park. It is constructed on 3 levels following the slope and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. It offers a great view on bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and bay of Beaulieu. You will also appreciate the calm, the opening on the terraces and the garden, the comfort in winter as well as in summer and its privileged location, in the very heart of French Riviera, very near to Nice and Monaco, with all advantages of big cities without their inconveniences. The sea before your eyes is nevertheless not far away, with little roads that you rapidly learn to know and which brings you in 10 to 15min to the beaches of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu.

A car is necessary to go to seaside, even if you can go on foot by small roads and stairs (more than 400 steps...). Nice begins at col de Villefranche and you have there everything you may want, as well as in Monaco (14 km by Moyenne Corniche).
