Beautiful Old villa in top class condition with a view over the bay of Villefranche and 1 mile from Cap Ferrat. Completely renovated to the highest standard. Easy walk to the port (5minutes) . Very central. Probably one of the best villas on the Cote d'Azur. Built in 1890 , it has all the Belle Epoque features of that period and was built by King Leopold. It was used as the Belgian Embassy until recently and probably has the biggest swimming pool in central Villefranche. Very ornate villa, 33 windows, garage, large sunny patio, South facing.

Easy walking (4 minutes) to the Old Port where all the restaurants are located, without having to climb hills. Quiet position. This is probably the best located house in Villefranche and the port has many of the best restaurants on the Cote d'Azur and features rue Obscure.... an unchanged covered street dating from the 14 the century.

Old Villa from Belle Epoque era. The best attribute of this magnificent villa is the location..... absolute centre of Villefranche. It is also within walking distance of the train and buses.

Centre of Villefranche village .The location of the Villa allows one to walk to the port in 4 minutes . Villefranche port has many of the best restaurants on the Cote d'Azur and features rue Obscure.... an unchanged, covered street dating from the 14 the century. There is also the Citadel, which is 700 years old.

Parking....... Cars can be parked outside on the road and in the garage. This is operated by an electric door. A total of 3 cars can be securely parked.
