Notes:

The villa is single storey, but there are a few steps to negotiate within the house, and it is probably not suitable for a wheelchair. There are two sets of (approx 10) steps down to the rocks where there are two bathing / sunning platforms, with direct access to the sea for swimming / snorkelling etc. It is also possible for visitors to moor a small boat. There is a separate indoor area next to the pool, with table -tennis table. The pool can be heated mid-season, the temperature reached dependant on ambient temperature and weather. The villa lends itself to two families sharing, as two bedrooms with their en-suite facilities are at one end, with the bedrooms linked. One room contains a sofa-bed, and so could alternatively be used as a private lounge. A studio providing fifth bedroom and shower room is available, but the rental rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 4, and a supplement is payable for additional guests.
