Cote d'Azur, French Riviera or Alpes Maritimes: Air conditioned, renovated, Provencal, luxury villa, Villa 'Royal Blue', with (heated) pool in a beautiful Sub Tropical garden overlooking stunningly Cannes, the Bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea. One sees the Esterel mountains disappearing into the sea. The very well maintained garden with many sub tropical trees and plants and flowers surrounding has a fairy tale like illumination and large statues as well. The main terrace with the large, remotely controlled, sun awnings is equipped with beautiful terrace furniture and dining table. The very large pool (heated on request), the terrace and the garden overlook the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. Living, dining and the 4 bedrooms, each with a bath room en suite, are air conditioned. The photos are self explanatory. Furniture/decoration is first class. A large double garage, including table tennis, soccer table and other (in house) activity possibilities are available.

  • The air conditioned master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has a balcony to overlook the pool area, garden and the Mediterranean Sea with a very large bath room en suite. Before ones reaches the master bedroom one passes the study/library area on the mezzanine. The other air conditioned 3 bedrooms each have a bath/shower room en suite and are similar to each other. The single beds are next to each other and can be made as one large bed as well. The laundry is situated in the large garage as well as games for the 'kids'. There is a washer and dryer. The maid takes care of the washing of the bedlinen and the changing of the beds in addition to the cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. The maid comes standard twice a week (more on request). The charges include the professional checking-in and -out, the cleaning lady twice a week, the end of stay cleaning and a 24/7 emergency standby service.
