Cannes-Mandelieu is situated 5 km West of Cannes and is logistically probably the best village from where one can undertake any exploration along the Cote d'Azur and/or into the Provence/VAR. Cannes-Mandelieu has everything, from a hugh super market to typical French bakeries, shops that sell fresh produce from the Provence, Provencal markets, many sports facilities like golf courses, tennis courts etc. and of course beaches. The villa is situated at about a 2-3 car minutes distance from the Village Centre. All the villas in the subject residential villa area have large gardens of minimum 1500m2 and up. The position of the villa is ideal at South West, meaning you will enjoy the sunset sipping a glass of wine on the terrace, overlooking the valley with the Golf Course and the Esterel mountains.
